2026 OASIS Programs

Program Overview

OASIS (Overall Assistance for Startup Immigration System) supports non-Korean prospective entrepreneurs seeking to obtain the Startup Visa (D-8-4) and Startup Preparation Visa (D-10-2). Only non-Korean nationals who are legally residing in Korea as of the date of this announcement are eligible to participate in and complete the program.

• OASIS-4 (Entrepreneurship Education) - 10 Points
  
  • Gain fundamental understanding of operational pillars of the Korean business environment, including taxation, labor laws, and corporate governance
• OASIS-5 (Startup Mentoring) - 15 Points
  
  • Receive personalized mentoring from industry experts on business management and market entry.

Non-Korean prospective entrepreneurs legally residing in Korea who intend to engage in technology-based startup activities.

Application Process

1. Submit an Expression of Interest: Complete the initial inquiry form for your specific program round (see above).
2. Receive Official Documents: Check your email for the official application forms designated by the Ministry of Justice.
3. Confirm Your Enrollment: Submit your competed documentation to secure or spot in the program.
