The Ministry of Justice grants Korean nationality to individuals recognized as likely to contribute to Korea’s national interest.

OASIS-9 is a commercialization support program for foreign (pre-)entrepreneurs who wish to obtain a Technology Startup Visa (D-8-4) or Technology Startup Preparation Visa (D-10-2) in Korea.The program provides up to KRW 10 million for prototype development, marketing, and IP application, along with acceleration and mentoring programs to support settlement and business establishment in Korea.

The "Startup Korea Special Visa" for foreign entrepreneurs with promising innovation and business potential, regardless of academic or technical qualifications. Application reviewed on a rolling basis.
