🟦 OASIS-9 Program Overview

OASIS-9 is a commercialization support program for foreign (pre-)entrepreneurs who wish to obtain a Technology Startup Visa (D-8-4) or Technology Startup Preparation Visa (D-10-2) in Korea.

The program provides up to KRW 10 million for prototype development, marketing, and IP application, along with acceleration and mentoring programs to support settlement and business establishment in Korea.

✅ Eligibility

• Foreign (pre-)entrepreneurs aiming to establish a business in Korea
• Applicants seeking to obtain a D-8-4 or D-10-2 visa

💡 Program Support

• Business commercialization fund (prototype, BM advancement, IP registration, etc.)
• Startup acceleration and mentoring program
• 30 points awarded in the Startup Visa Score System (certificate upon completion)

📅 Program Period: Nov 2025 – Feb 2026 (around 4 months)

👥 Participants: Up to 20 people

📨 Application Period: Oct 20 – Nov 6, 2025 (by 18:00 KST)

• Complete this application form and upload the business plan (in English)
